Another oms problem that has been bugging me: On a couple of DVDs I've
tried to play, it doesn't find all the titles/chapters.  It finds only
the opening/title screen and I can't play any of the actual content at
all.  This has happened to me on a number of Anime series DVDs
(Trigun, Cowboy Bebop), while some others have worked fine (Neon
Genesis Evangelion).

I assume the problem is somewhere in nav_dvd.c or something like that,
but I haven't had much time to look at it and don't understand exactly
what is going on in that code.

Would this be a hard problem to fix?
