o here is the place where new ideas an concpets will be implemented
o so be aware! this tree IS unstable and can even stop to complile
	without any prior warning.

despite the fact that this is more or less a 'playground' there are
several rules:

	1) never check in a patch, without having assured it works
	2) if you're doing a bugfix, which is no more then a line each,
do it - if you're unsure contact <zero>
	3) if you THINK you might fix a bug, but you're not sure, better
		ask someone who IS (e.g. <zero> ;)
	4) stay away from the src/oms dir in general - if you have some
comments, patches, send them via email
	5) in any case it would be nice to get informed BEFORE you do
probably something wrong, unwanted, or unneccessary,
or if you have major improvements and add-ons,
		send a mail to <livid-dev> or <zero>
	6) IN ANY CASE, THE NEW VERSION HAS TO RUN THROUGH 'make devel'
		FIRST.
		- well, beside some zero patches which cannot be checked
on the local machine, and are just backup checkins. ;)

thanks for your help and agreement on this - even if these points may look
really restrictive, they are there to minimize the work for everyone -
epecially the work for finding the small, tiny bug, which will be introduced
without wanting so.
